The University’s collection of sculpture includes a diverse array of subjects, artists, and styles. Allegorical works such as John Gadsby Chapman’s rendering of two Old Testament heroines and Randolph Rogers’ neo-classic American sculpture of Chateaubriand’s star-crossed lovers are also held by the university. Sculptural works by Hiram Powers, Thomas Crawford, Paul Manship, and Angela Gregory are also represented.
