Hours

Starting May 22, the Newcomb Art Museum will be open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. Admission is free but timed tickets are required – free tickets can be reserved here. Masks are required to be worn at all times on Tulane’s campus.

Newcomb Pottery Tours

Directions

The Newcomb Art Museum is located in the Woldenberg Art Center on the Tulane campus.

If you are taking Uber/Lyft or using Google maps, the destination to be entered is Newcomb Art Museum (not Woldenberg Art Center).

From I-10 Baton Rouge: Exit Carrollton, turn right onto Carrollton. Turn left on Claiborne (you will have to make a U-turn after crossing Claiborne, and then make a right onto Claiborne). Turn right on Broadway. Turn left on Willow. Take the second right on Newcomb Place. Drive into campus. Turn right at first stop sign. The Museum is on the right in the Woldenberg Art Center.

From the Central Business District: Head north (upriver) on Claiborne. Turn left on Audubon Drive. After crossing Willow, Audubon becomes Newcomb Place. Drive into campus. Turn right at first stop sign. The Museum is on the right in the Woldenberg Art Center.

Visiting with a large group? Rent a charter bus with National Charter Bus New Orleans or New Orleans Charter Bus Company.
