Drop by Newcomb Art Museum for a fun and free crafting afternoon featuring Spring-inspired activities designed for all-ages and led by artist jackie sumell, creator of “A Solitary Garden for Incarcerated Moms.” Using pressed flowers from the garden outside the museum, this program features a Mother’s Day card-making station, eco-printing activities and edible flowers. Presented in partnership with Speak Easy Farms, this fun and multisensory event is free and open to all; we invite you to bring the whole family and explore the healing power of plants.
