Join NAM this Saturday for Slow Art Day, an international initiative that encourages people to visit local museums, look at art slowly, and then informally discuss the experience.

For our event, we’ll be looking at two works in Mickalene Thomas: Waiting on a Prime-Time Star, which closes the following day at 4 pm.

We’ll have two free sessions: one at 11:30 and another at 1:30.
